In short: this website gives general information and lets you send us an enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is only confirmed when you accept a written quote and our booking conditions.
About these terms
This website is run by Mondial Travel, a travel agency based in Arusha, Tanzania. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on this website
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general information only. Fares, availability, schedules, baggage rules and entry requirements change often and are set by airlines, hotels and governments, not by us. Always check the details in your written quote and travel documents.
Enquiries and bookings
- An enquiry through this website, by email or on WhatsApp is a request for information. It is not a booking.
- Your booking is confirmed only when you accept our written quote and we confirm it in writing.
- Each booking is governed by our booking conditions, which we send with your quote, and by the fare rules and conditions of carriage of the airline (or the terms of the hotel) providing the service.
- You are responsible for making sure your passport, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance are valid and in order. We are happy to advise.
Third-party services and links
Flights and accommodation are provided by independent airlines and hotels. This website may also link to other websites, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or availability of websites we do not run.
Intellectual property
The text, design and logo on this website belong to Mondial Travel. Photographs are owned by their creators and used under the licences credited in the footer. Please don't copy or reuse content from this site without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on general information on this website, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our responsibilities for a booking are set out in the booking conditions for that booking.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
